Born & raised in Naples Mario has been working in London since 2012, with a storied career stretching accross producers, retailers, food & wine media and hospitality groups in both the UK and Italy he is a passionate advocate for quality and education. He holds a WSET diploma and is a certified WSET educator.
His extensive knowledge of the wine & spirits trade in the UK and accross the continent means he can not only help you curate exceptional drinks lists but help source new and exciting products in many cases directly from the producer. As wine director of Bedales Wines Mario has built up a strong knowledge of import and export and can put this to work for you picking exactly the product you need to succeed.
As a WSET educator Mario is a certified teacher and can help to really elevate the training and level of hospitality you and your team can offer by increasing the knowledge and passion for the products you sell.
Meet Jamie.
Founder - Operations & Productivity
Jamie is a 20 year hospitality veteran having run bars & restaurants throughout the UK. With a microscopic attention to detail he makes every business tick, ensuring everything and everyone is in the right place at the right time.
The little things matter the most to Jamie, planning every step of the way and making sure he and his teams are doing everything in the most efficient way possible has led him to find pleasure in making everything more productive. Technological innovations and spreadsheets might not be for everyone, but this is where Jamie can help. Faced with any challenge he will drill down and find the solution not just to todays problem, but also make sure the processes are set for future success.
As a very succesful and experienced manager in the hospitality sector he is also intuitive when it comes to dealing with staff and customers alike and has been a proud management mentor, helping mould the careers of a whole host of people over the last decade.
Meet Rob.
Founder - Hospitality, Finance, Marketing & Sales
Rob is a true entrepreneur, owner and founder of BOB's Lobster and Bedales of Borough Market one of the most iconic wine bars in London as well as being a founder investor in other hospitality ventures in the UK & US. An illustrious taste maker, Rob has been a guest on Masterchef and the BBC Good Food podcast and a regular contributor in the food and wine press. Rob attended the French Culinary Institute, NYC and previously had a career in Investment banking. With a passion for quality, food and produce he is driven by improving standards through hospitality.
Bitten by the bug at an early age, Rob has chased hospitality in everything he does, with a keen eye for detail and a passion that he imbues in every challenge he is driven to excel at everything. Never short of a new idea Rob brings a wealth of real world experience and can be assured that he won’t rest until he sees success in your project.
