While we pride ourselves on our many successes we also know that it’s our failures that help define us and we have had a few. It was with that midset that we set out on this journey to help people like us, avoid our mistakes and speed up the road to profitability.
Every part of owning and operating your own business is tough, but often the hardest part is making sure you are making money while you are doing it. Our years of experience have taught us that this is key both to our outward success, but also our own happiness. It’s not difficult, it’s just that the road is full of pot holes. Rob is a true entrepreneur, owner and founder of BOB's Lobster and Bedales of Borough Market one of the most iconic wine bars in London as well as being a founder investor in other hospitality ventures in the UK & US. An illustrious taste maker, Rob has been a guest on Masterchef and the BBC Good Food podcast and a regular contributor in the food and wine press. Rob attended the French Culinary Institute, NYC and previously had a career in Investment banking. With a passion for quality, food and produce he is driven by improving standards through hospitality.
